Who is responsible

What the forms collect
The paid-work form can collect your name, optional company and phone number, email, location, preferred date, budget, requested deliverables, intended use and project description. The free-memory form collects your name, email, location, who the memory is for, what you would like to capture, timing, optional notes and an initial documentation preference. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Interactive journey data
The home experience can remember interactions in session storage on your device, including chapters and memories explored, approximate dwell time, sound preference, completed interactions and a possible location you place on the world. It does not identify you and this journey data is not transmitted to Majed. Local storage retains only that this browser completed the experience, the completion date and the public memory count at that time. You can clear both at any time with “Forget this visit”.
Why the information is used
Enquiry information is used only to validate the request, prevent immediate duplicate submissions, reply to you, assess practical possibilities and—where relevant—prepare a quote or take steps you request before an agreement. Movement documentation and public sharing are separate purposes and require a separate conversation and appropriate permission.
How enquiries are delivered
The server validates each form before attempting delivery. When the required email configuration is active, the request is sent as a transactional email through Resend to Majed’s configured inbox. The website does not add submissions to a marketing list or intentionally store them in its own database. If delivery is unavailable, the form shows an error instead of claiming that the message was received.
Processors and hosting
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend is the intended transactional email processor once the account, sender domain and runtime credentials are configured. Those providers process technical and enquiry data under their own service and data-processing terms. No analytics or advertising provider is currently connected.
Retention and deletion
Delivered enquiries remain in the configured business mailbox only as long as needed to reply, manage a possible project and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Majed still needs to confirm and follow a specific internal retention schedule before the form launch is legally signed off.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your personal information by writing to majed@majeddadou.dk. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Filming and public sharing
An initial form preference is not consent to publication. Agreeing to be contacted, taking part in a session and allowing a camera to record are not automatically permission for every public use. Identification, interviews, behind-the-scenes material and each intended public use must be discussed clearly and agreed separately.
External services
If you follow an Instagram link or contact Majed there, Instagram processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. The current portfolio does not automatically load third-party video embeds.
