Quotes and confirmation
An enquiry or form submission is not a booking. The project becomes confirmed only when the scope, price, date, deliverables, usage and applicable booking terms have been agreed in writing. Any deposit or payment schedule will be stated in that agreement.
Prices, travel and VAT
Prices are provided in a project-specific quote. Location, travel, access, parking, permissions, production complexity, editing, usage and final deliverables can affect that quote. VAT treatment and any included travel area will be stated in the quote rather than assumed on the website.
Weather, safety and permissions
Drone work depends on suitable weather, safe conditions, local restrictions, permissions and applicable regulations. If flying is not possible, the production may be adjusted, moved or rescheduled under the agreed booking terms. The client is responsible for disclosing location-access requirements and any information needed for planning.
Cancellation, rescheduling and delay
Cancellation periods, fees, client-requested rescheduling, delays and any deposit treatment must be agreed in the project-specific terms before confirmation. No general fee or deadline is implied by this page.
Delivery and revisions
The quote will list the files, formats and expected delivery window. One round of reasonable revisions unless otherwise stated in the quote. Additional editing is quoted separately. Raw footage is not included unless listed in the quote.
Content usage
Usage is agreed before filming and recorded in the quote. Personal-use and commercial-use packages are different. The quote should identify agreed channels, campaign use and any limits. Permission to display commissioned work in Majed’s portfolio must be agreed rather than assumed.
People, privacy and public sharing
Appropriate permissions and consent are discussed during planning. Permission to be contacted, permission to participate, permission to be filmed and permission for specific public uses are separate decisions. A person can agree to recording without agreeing to every publication, edit or channel. Where a request concerns someone else, that person must be involved before a session or publication is arranged.
One Memory At A Time
A free-memory request is not a confirmed booking. Availability depends on time, location, distance, weather, safety, permissions, drone rules and current capacity. The free memory is not awarded according to emotional importance and no one has to prove that they deserve it. If a session is possible, the practical plan, expected delivery and any recording are discussed first. Specific public images, clips, interviews or identifying details are agreed separately before sharing.
Changes and withdrawal
A participant can raise concerns or change a sharing preference before publication. What can be changed or withdrawn after material has already been published depends on the specific agreement, platform and circumstances; the website does not claim unlimited usage rights or promise that every downstream copy can always be removed.
